Finally, I have found a chiropractor and massage therapist Amanda that have worked wonders on my first visit to the Urban Health Group. I was welcomed the moment I walked in. Everyone welcomed me and introduced themselves in a professional manner. The massage was awesome. Amanda worked on areas of my lower back and legs which was painful but good pain. By the time she was finished I already felt some relief from pain in my lower back and legs. She explained everything that I needed to know and a time frame for me to get better. After the massage, I was examined by Dr. Gaston. Again she went through the differnt areas of the spine and back. She explained exactly what and where she was going to work on to relieve the pain. When Dr. Gaston started working on my back she knew exactly where touch and the areas of my pain. I was in shock and laughing to myself. I could not believe how she could know the areas of my pain with-in minutes. Wow. I feel better at this moment and can’t wait tell Friday for my next chiropractic and massage visit.
